            I’m a big fan of anything American and this place had it all, the food was delicious and staff were super friendly. Enjoyed the music and atmosphere and will definitely be coming again!

            I visited for the first time on Sunday after seeing a post on Facebook, I went with my sister and we absoloutley loved it, music, food, staff and atmosphere where all amazing, we will be back, in fact we are coming back on Sunday with friends.

            I had the pulled beef sandwich, supposedly served in a soft roll with lots of stuff on top. Instead it came in a panini and there was hardly any filling. It looked like a few small slices of beef, no carrot or onion. It was very small and more expensive than my partners giant hot dog. Heard so many good things and was very disappointed. My advice is that if you have run out of ingredients or are changing what is on the menu (panini was NOT on the menu. And it looked like you had run out of the advertised filling) please inform the customer and don’t just try and get away with it. I will definitely come back because other people’s food looked good but a practically empty panini was not good.

            Table booked for 6pm, we arrived on time. We were greeted immediately and sat at our table. We ordered drinks and were advised that we would get or menu when one was available – we were told that there was no menu to show us at present as they were with other diners. We were able to order our food after 1/2 an hour when we were provided with a menu. Asked to order starters we were advised that there was another reservation for our table at 8pm and she would need to check if there was enough time to serve starters. While waitress was away to find out the answer, we decided to order a starter and asked for it to be served with the main course to save time. After asking where our food was, 1/2 hour later the food arrived. Over an hour after arriving we received food. Food was very good but we felt that due to the slow service we would not bother ordering desserts as did not want to feel pressured to eat them. Our visit was on 14/6/15. Have been before and service was much, much slicker.

              At TriBeCa we pride ourselves on the consistency of service level excellence and it is very disappointing if one of our customers feels they have been let down in any way.

              As the manager I take personal satisfaction in ensuring that our customers feel that they have enjoyed every aspect of the TriBeCa experience and on this occasion we have failed to match your expectations.

            In general, it was a really good experience and we will definitely be back, the food was great and very reasonably priced. I would ask one thing though…please use plates! My steak and eggs were on a wooden board which worries me bacteria wise but also, because there was no rim, the egg yolk and steak juices kept running onto the table. I had to make a potato barrier!

            Never visited before but we will do again, brunch was delicious, 7 adults 3 children, excellent service- Lynn our waitress was lovely,fantastic pancakes, interesting childrens menu-we’ll be back.

              Good experience slightly marred by waitress who did not engage with us in any way…..as above,I’m sure there are plenty of girls/guys out there who could at least smile……!

            I have not been for a while and just went back after I saw the new menu on my Facebook, it totally lived up to what I read, in fact, it was great. Well done TriBeCa keep up the good work.
